eStoreware USA • Privacy & Data Practices
This Privacy Policy explains how eStoreware LLC, doing business as eStoreware USA, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit estorewareusa.com, contact us, create an account, purchase products or services, or interact with support, licensing, hosting, plugins, and integrations.

This Policy applies to personal information eStoreware USA handles for its own website, sales, marketing, account administration, billing, licensing, support, hosting, and professional services.
When eStoreware USA hosts, supports, or integrates a client's ecommerce store, we may process personal information on that client's behalf as a service provider or processor. The client merchant controls its storefront privacy notice, customer relationship, data collection, legal basis, and consumer-request process. Questions about purchases from a client storefront should normally be directed to that merchant first.
Name, company, job title, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, and communications preferences.

Products or services requested or purchased, plan, license scope, invoices, transaction status, renewal status, support entitlement, and purchase history.
Billing details, payment status, transaction identifiers, card brand and last four digits, and information received from payment processors. Payment processors may collect card details directly.
Support messages, project requirements, files, screenshots, logs, error details, training notes, meeting information, and customer-approved access information.
Store URL, domain, software version, plugin activation data, vendor configuration, connection status, product-feed details, and credentials you choose to provide for requested work.
IP address, browser, device, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, session identifiers, security events, and diagnostic logs.
Information from payment processors, hosting providers, marketplaces, vendors, service providers, referral sources, and client-authorized ecommerce systems.
We collect information:
We may use Stripe or another payment processor to process payments, store reusable payment methods, authenticate transactions, prevent fraud, and manage billing. Depending on the checkout integration, the payment processor may collect payment-card information directly through its secure fields or hosted checkout. eStoreware USA generally receives transaction details, status, tokens, card brand, expiration information, and the last four digits rather than an unmasked card number.
Payment processors use personal information under their own privacy notices and may act as processors, service providers, or independent controllers for fraud prevention, regulatory, authentication, and payment-network purposes.
We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts and licenses, complete transactions, meet support and warranty commitments, preserve backups, comply with tax and accounting rules, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or security obligations.
Retention varies by category. Project and support records may be retained for the business relationship and a reasonable period afterward. Transaction and accounting records may be retained for legally required periods. Security logs and backups may be retained on shorter or rolling schedules. Credentials that are no longer needed should be deleted, rotated, or returned where practical.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information and services involved. Measures may include access controls, role restrictions, authentication, encryption in transit, secure payment fields, monitoring, backups, logging, patching, and service-provider review.
No security measure or Internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your own devices, passwords, accounts, vendor credentials, and authorized users and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Depending on your residence and the law that applies, you may have the right to request:
Submit a request by emailing info@estorewareusa.com, calling (877) 827-9430, or using the contact form. State “Privacy Request” in the subject or message. We may verify identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization.
In the preceding 12 months, the categories described in this Policy may have included identifiers; customer-record information; commercial information; Internet or electronic activity; professional or employment-related business contact information; approximate location derived from IP address; and inferences used for security, support, or service improvement. We collect and disclose these categories for the business purposes described above.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. If an enabled analytics, advertising, or third-party technology is treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a sale under applicable law, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method. Consumers may exercise applicable rights using the methods in the “Your privacy rights” section.
The website and services are intended for businesses and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
eStoreware USA is based solely in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations used by our service providers. If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to jurisdictions with different privacy laws.
Our website may link to third-party sites, marketplaces, vendors, payment providers, or client storefronts. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link or integration does not mean eStoreware USA controls the third party's collection or use of information.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, technologies, vendors, law, or data practices. The revised Policy will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through email, account notice, website notice, or other appropriate method.
