When does the $119.99 monthly service begin?

Monthly billing begins after the website is completed, reviewed, and ready to launch. The $295 setup package is purchased first.

What happens if I choose the annual option?

The $999.99 annual option covers one full year of Essentials service, and the separate $295 setup fee is waived.

Can I upgrade to Standard or Professional later?

Yes. The website can be upgraded when you need more vendors, more page setup, additional training, phone support, or multiple websites.

Are product data imports included?

Normal setup assistance is included. Large catalog imports, data cleanup, supplier feeds, and custom integrations are reviewed separately.

Can I add a custom logo or banner?

Yes. Design work can be added to Essentials, or you can choose Standard where custom logo and banner work is included.
